Now one thing I haven't seen in a traditional wedding is the guests spraying money at the man as he is prostrating at the bride's family. But sure enough, this happened at this wedding. The bride was beautiful and here gele was tied wonderfully. Enjoy!!!

Music Mondays: Dbanj - Fall in Love

Today is another Music Monday and as always, we have another popular love song for you.

Dbanj was born Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo and is one of the most popular, if not THE most popular, Nigerian male hip hop artist in contemporary times. Ever since the release of his first album Tongolo, he's been like gold with everything he touches. A little known fact about Dbanj is that he plays the harmonica and his greatest mentor is Fela Kuti.

The song for today is Fall in Love which is off his latest album, The Entertainer. There are SO many hits on this album and this is one of my favorites.

Love Shoot/Wedding - Lola and Urban

Today, I'm actually going to post the engagement shoot and wedding of our lovely couple, Lola and Urban. As the groom is from Sweden, this is where the wedding was held and the wedding was gorgeous unlike any other. Enjoy!!!

Wedding - Akua and Mackie, Part I

It's another wonderful day here at Naijawed N More!!! I hope everyone's Valentine's Day was everything they wanted to be.

I celebrated mine with my family and my boyfriend, of course. Our time was really constrained yesterday, but we're going to go out to dinner this evening. He actually got me a couple of cute incidentals along with a single red rose and a beautiful card.

The wedding we have here today is actually a Ghanaian wedding. I don't come across these too often, but I just LOVED this one. The picture of the couple on the railroad tracks just takes the cake. Enjoy!!!
