Aso-Ebi Outfit of the Week

You can't get much more simplistic than this aso-ebi outfit here.

Like I've said before, I LOVE ruffles and I love the fact that the girl here was able to take the complexity added by the ruffles and balance it out with the simple lines in her skirt.
